Organiser shops and partner sites that sell through Enjoy Tickets.

Enjoy Tickets also powers other websites. You may have bought from one of them:
- An organiser's own shop, at an address like name.enjoytickets.co.uk or the organiser's own web address, in their colours.
- A partner's shop or link: a promoter, venue or media site selling our events.
If the page said "Tickets by Enjoy Tickets", or you paid on our checkout, your order is with us. Your tickets email comes from Enjoy Tickets, they show in My tickets like any others, and everything in this help centre applies. Contact us with your order reference as usual.
Ticket partners with their own checkout
Some ticket sites sell our events through their own checkout. If you paid that site and your tickets came from them, start with them: refunds for those tickets go back through that partner, and they handle resale. Your QR code still works at the door, and we can help if you get stuck.
