Sold out? Join the waitlist
Leave your email and we hold returned tickets for you first.
Updated Saturday 3 October 2026
When tickets sell out, most events have a waitlist. On the event page, press Get alerts when fans sell, choose the ticket type and how many, and leave your email (one tap if you are logged in, and we save the event for you too).
What happens next
- We email you your place in line, with a private link to check it or leave the waitlist.
- Tickets come back when someone's payment does not finish, a ticket is refunded or cancelled, or the organiser adds more.
- While anyone is waiting, returned tickets go to the waitlist first, in the order people joined.
- When it is your turn, we email you and hold the tickets for you for 15 minutes. Open the link in the email and pay as usual.
- If you do not buy in time, the tickets go to the next person.
There is no guarantee tickets come back, and joining is free.
When fans sell their tickets
People on the waitlist hear first when a fan puts tickets up on Fan resale, at face value or less: by email, and in the app if you have it. People who saved the event hear a few minutes later. We send at most one alert a day per event, and every email has a link to stop them. See Buying from Fan resale.
