Group prices

Some ticket types are cheaper in a group, for example 10 or more at 10% off. The event page shows it under the ticket type, and the group price is applied by itself once you choose that many.

A group price and a discount code do not add up: each ticket gets whichever takes more off.

Pay together or split the cost

On events that offer it, press Coming as a group? on the event page.

1. Log in, choose the ticket (or an area of seats) and how many places, from 2 up to the most the event allows. You see the price per place, with any group price.
2. We hold the places, usually for 2 hours. Nothing to pay to start.
3. Share the link with your friends. Each one opens it and pays for their own place, or several, by card or gift card. Everyone gets their own tickets by email.
4. You see who has paid, and you can pay for the places left at any time.

On a seated event the group sits together: we choose the best seats side by side, and each friend gets the next seats in the row when they pay.

When the time runs out

Places nobody has paid for go back on sale, and we email you and everyone who paid. Tickets already paid for are safe and work as normal. You can also release the unpaid places yourself at any time from the group page.

Good to know

• Your email address must be confirmed to start a group, and you can lead one open group per event.
• Group bookings are not offered on events that limit how many tickets each person can buy, or during a presale.
• Each place is a ticket of its own, so friends can pass theirs on later like any ticket.
